Fastflex can also be used as a Core all by iteself with a bamboo backing to make an all bamboo bow. Add 1/8" between the backing and core of our Epe english longbow and turn a fast bow into an even faster bow . Fastflex will make a performance reflex deflex even faster when used as a core in between the backing and belly wood.. This stuff is plain good and adds performance to most any bow.
